This time, during my three-day trip to Yuexiu District, Guangzhou to connect with projects along Dongfeng Road, I directly settled on Paco Hotel Tаojin Metro Guangzhou. As a professional who travels back and forth to Guangzhou all year round, this stay completely met all the core needs of business travel and became my fixed first choice for future Yuexiu business trips.
The location of the hotel is a precise fit for Yuexiu business people. I took Line 7 and transferred to Line 5 from Guangzhou South Station, got off at Taojin Subway Station, and walked less than 1 kilometer to the hotel. I didn't have to take a detour with my suitcase. The surrounding area is the core office building cluster of Dongfeng Road. When you go to various design institutes and corporate headquarters to discuss matters, most taxis are available at the starting price, completely avoiding the congested roads during Guangzhou's morning rush hour. The Jianshe Third Road downstairs is filled with chain coffee shops and convenience stores. If you rush out in the morning, you can easily buy coffee and breakfast without having to take a long detour. It takes only a few minutes to walk to Poly Central Plaza, and after meeting clients, you can easily arrange business banquets on your way, without wasting time running across venues.
The process of checking in was efficient and worry free. The front desk had reserved a quiet room type on a higher floor for me in advance, and also proactively informed me of the usage period of the hotel's conference hall. Coincidentally, I had a small project docking meeting for 8 people the next day, so I could handle it directly in the hotel's conference hall without having to look for any nearby business venues. The room was newly renovated in 2019, with a simple and neat overall style, without redundant fancy designs. The layout of the spacious desk by the window is reasonable, and the network cable and multi specification charging ports are all available. It has been connected for two hours for online meetings, and the WiFi is stable and not lagging throughout the entire process. The mattress has good support, and after staying up for two consecutive nights and changing the plan, I was able to relax quickly while lying down. The sound insulation in the room is particularly good, and the movements in the hallway and streets are almost inaudible. Even if I am busy until late at night before returning to my room, I can still sleep soundly.
